BEFORE CONTACTING US ABOUT CEUs …

Once a CEU application is processed, participants will receive a “registration confirmation” email from noreply@msresaservices.com, which is the notification/indication that the application has been processed. From there, the digital CEU will be available for download in the participant’s MS RESA Services account.

To see if the CEU has already been issued, please follow the below instructions:

• • Login to your www.msresaservices.com account. Use the email address you received the registration confirmation form — do not create an account, as you already have one!
  • Click on Registration History.
    • • IF THE EVENT IS IN YOUR REGISTRATION HISTORY: Click on the blue registration ID to the left of the event. From there, if the certificate has been issued, you will see “Download CEU Certificate.”
      • IF THE EVENT IS NOT IN YOUR REGISTRATION HISTORY: Your credit application has not been processed yet.
