About this Course
This course is based on the research of Robert Marzano and John Hattie. It focuses on the difference between instructional strategies and activities. The ten most effective instructional strategies are explained along with research proven activities that correspond with each strategy. The information provided in this training has been proven to improve student learning and test scores.
For each module, you will be required to give real examples of work done in the classroom; however, you can make-up these examples for what would have been produced if you are not currently in a classroom (holiday/summer break, between districts, etc.).
The course will be graded once all assignments and the final assessment has been completed; you must pass each assignment and earn an 80% or above on the final assessment to pass the course. If you have questions throughout the course, please contact info@northmsec.com.
